    鳗鱼寿司

    第一次做,还挺简单的。

    我放的最简单的料,只有鳗鱼和黄瓜,本来还买了鳄梨,喜欢鳄梨的口感,软软滑滑的,可惜选的那只太生,只好扔了。

    没有特意买寿司米,就是平时吃的黄国宝,煮熟了放凉了拌上寿司醋,开卷。把饭均匀填满到海苔上,动作要快,手上要沾些水,不然米粒会粘在手上。海苔的上面留1-2厘米的距离,这样才能把米饭全部包在海苔里面。卷的时候用卷帘的最下面把所有配料夹带卷到寿司卷的最中间,用推的动作,别太大力,不然海苔会破,但是力量也不能太小了,做出来会散掉。

    最后切段,刀子沾水,飞快切几刀,漂亮的寿司就成了。
